Hey, I’m Kyra! I’m a freelance makeup artist based in Central Alberta, serving cities like Calgary, Red Deer, Sylvan Lake and surrounding areas.

I’m a huge fan of natural, flawless glam and believe less is always more. My goal is to listen to your vision and customize your makeup to match your personal style, ensuring you feel your absolute best.

Beauty has always been a passion of mine—makeup, hair, and fashion. Growing up as a competitive dancer, competition season where I got to be in full glam, false lashes and all, was always my favourite. I accredit those years to why I love makeup so much.

In 2018, I decided to turn my passion into a career. I moved from my small town to Vancouver, BC, and took the global makeup course at Blanche Macdonald. I learned so much during my time there, and I’m so grateful for that experience. While there are many paths I could’ve taken with makeup, my heart is set on making others feel beautiful on their special days—because who doesn’t love a wedding?

In 2022, I graduated from hair school and now offer professional hair services in Calgary at Salon Bowie in Marda Loop. Becoming a full-time hairstylist has perfectly complemented my makeup artistry, allowing me to blend both passions seamlessly.
